You and I have about 10 minutes to set up FOWA Miami.  I'd like to at least roughly outline the talk via this wiki.  Simon & I sort of patterned our talks on the intro's O'Reilly & Battelle do for their conferences.  Very talky, passing back and forth between the two of us every few minutes or so.  Informal.  Here's what we're thinking, what we're excited about.
